About the Program
Your uplifting 3-month Realise journey starts with a one-day workshop filled with proven and practical tips and tools you can put into practise immediately to reach new levels of success. You will also leave inspired from hearing the stories and experiences of the incredible women in the room with you.
The second part of our program supports you over 12 weeks with regular email 'Nudges' featuring reminders, gentle prompts and new tools to help you stay on track and be your best self. We normally run this program for corporates and universities but due to lots of interest and our desire to spread the word, we’re running an Open Programme in London on Thursday 14th September 2017.
What you’ll take away from this program:
How to manage your busy mindset to optimise your performance
The courage & confidence to step outside your comfort zone - in a safe way
Understand the striking differences in how women and men perceive their abilities at work and how to close the gap
Why Imposter Syndrome is more common than you think
How to communicate in an authentic and more compelling way
What you need to do, step by step to realise your potential
A network of awesome women
Is it any good, you ask?
The average rating for this program from participants in recent years is 4.7 out of 5.

Why we're different
Our program stands out from others in three distinct ways:
- Our unique intellectual property is built on the latest, thoroughly researched science, so you can be sure that we have the evidence, and it's packaged in a highly practical way so you can immediately put our tools into action
- It's delivered by Greta Thomas who has been a professional ballet dancer, a senior Exec, successful speaker and a Board Director so she's completely walked the talk
- This is a highly rated three month program, securing real behaviour change and personal insights.
Plus, we’ll help you stay on track
As well as the Workshop on the 14th we’ll be sending you follow up "Nudges" (emails and prompts) over the next 3 months to help ensure you maximise the impact of what you have learnt and achieve your career aspirations. We know you're busy, so they'll be easy to implement and won't take too much time, but will help ensure what you've learnt, sticks.

What Our Clients Say
"Six months after a number of our female faculty took part in the program, there have been some really noticeable changes. I'm actually quite amazed by the change: for the better in the confidence and performance in some of the women. Their "presence" and body language is also significantly stronger. Some have already moved into more senior leadership positions in our organisation.
Full Potential Labs' program has made a big difference to these women and we look forward to running the program again this year."
Professor Linda Trenberth; Dean Academic, Griffith Business School, Griffith University, Queensland
"I did Greta's course on the science of confidence over a year ago. It gave me the structure to find courage and confidence to focus more on doing what I love, including surrounding myself with a 'Support Crew' who have been instrumental in helping me start up my new business venture.
Natalie Yan Chatonsky, Start-up Founder
"This was the second amazing session you ran with us and our team fell in love with you all over again!"
Adam Lewis, Learning & Development Director, CareerTrackers
"A brilliant PRACTICAL workshop that has energised me and will propel me into ACTION. Particularly liked the commentary around the 'Evil DJ', Advisory Board and 'Skill parts of the workshop (super enlightening)."
Fonterra Marketing executive
"Thank you again for the workshop. It was fantastic and has generated exactly the right buzz for this group of women."
