Multiple research studies show that women undervalue their capabilities significantly whereas men typically over estimate their abilities. This 'discounting' of our future options and potential can happen without us realising it.

We normally run this program for corporates and universities but due to lots of interest and our desire to spread the word, we’ve decided to run a rare Open version in Sydney's CBD on Friday September 30th.

About the Program

Our Science of Achievement & Confidence program is delivered using a rigorous and science-based framework and it's presented in a fun and engaging way.  

We meet for a day in Sydney and then over the next 3 months you'll receive email Nudges from us reminding you of what you learnt, sharing new tools to try, and encouraging you to take action towards your goals. 

The program draws from the disciplines of psychology, neuroscience, physiology and behavioural science to create a comprehensive yet simple approach designed to turn your thoughts (& dreams) in to action.  

The program is created & facilitated by Greta Thomas who is an expert contributor to Sheryl Sandberg's in the US.
